No Returns or Exchanges

Please remember, once you buy something from hoyacuttings.com, it's yours to keep, as we don't accept returns. Buying live plants carries a certain risk. 

Damages and Issues

We do our best to package your plants securely with the utmost care and attention. We commit to ensuring that every plant you receive matches and surpasses the quality and size depicted in our photos. We promise the delivery of a healthy plant in excellent condition.

If your plant arrives with significant damage to the foliage due to packaging or shipping mishaps, don't hesitate to contact us at info@hoyacuttings.com

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

We require photos or other forms of proof for all claims within 24 hours of delivery. We will reject the claims if the photo/video proofs are not submitted. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds

To qualify for refunds, please email us within 24 hours after your package arrives. After this period, the care of the plant becomes your responsibility. However, we're always here to offer tips and advice.

Please be aware that new or young leaves are quite delicate and may fall off due to shipping stress, which is a common occurrence; we do not provide coverage for it.

Also, it's typical for plants, especially larger ones, to experience minor cosmetic damage or lose a few leaves during shipping. While this doesn't always happen, it can be expected. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will decide on a case-by-case basis whether to provide the refund.

We can not refund the order if it gets delayed, lost, or damaged by the carrier or extreme weather conditions.
