How Shipping Works

As a licensed Texas nursery, we inspect plants before shipping. Orders leaving Texas require a Phytosanitary Certificate, typically issued the Thursday after restock. Orders ship Friday, Saturday, and Monday.

We may delay shipments due to unsafe weather and provide complimentary insulation and heat packs when needed.

Important: Heat packs and insulation cannot guarantee protection from extreme temperatures. We do not refund or replace plants damaged by cold or heat, including with expedited or overnight shipping. Please check your local forecast before ordering.
