Please note that all customers will bear responsibility for any additional charges incurred from their order, including but not limited to brokerage fees, customs duties, and applicable taxes.

The delivery of your purchase is undertaken at your own risk. Should you have any concerns upon receipt of your order, we urge you to notify us via email on the very same day. We would like to remind you that during transit, despite our utmost care in packaging, occasional damage to plants can occur due to the distances involved.

While we are more than happy to offer support and guidance after you have made a purchase, please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for the rooting of cuttings or any subsequent care provided to your plant. It is your duty to consider and decide upon the acceptable level of risk regarding price and care difficulty when making your purchase.
