Route Package Protection

We now offer Route Package Protection, an optional service that covers your order against loss, theft, and damage during transit. While we take great care in packing, unforeseen carrier issues can occur.

By opting into Route Package Protection at checkout, your order is protected, and any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged items can be filed directly with Route for quick resolution. The service covers the full value of your order under Route’s terms and conditions.

If you choose not to add Route Package Protection, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit.

How to File a Claim

Filing a claim with Route is simple and hassle-free. If your package encounters issues during shipping, you can submit a claim here: Route Claims Portal.

Important Notes:

  • Route is automatically added at checkout but can be removed if you choose not to use it.
  • Claims must be submitted through Route at Route Claims Portal.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos on the day of delivery and contact us at info@hoyacuttings.com if you have any questions.
