Hoya 'Blizzard' is a collector hybrid commonly documented as Hoya crassipetiolata splash × Hoya 'Michele' splash.

The foliage is its standout feature. Leaves can develop extensive silver coverage with irregular green mottling and marbling, sometimes becoming almost completely silver. The exact amount and distribution of silver can vary considerably from leaf to leaf.
