Cutting Info
Propagation & Listing Details
-
Water‑first propagation. Every Hoya starts its journey rooting in water.
• Freshly cut pieces are sealed in floral tubes for the trip.
• Once roots get some length, we move them into a light mix of fine perlite and sphagnum moss petals to give them a head start after arrival. -
Node count. Listings default to a single‑node cutting unless the description says otherwise. If a cutting has had extra time to grow, you may receive bonus nodes or growth points.
- If a mature, blooming plant is shown, it’s there to illustrate the variety’s potential, not the plant for sale, unless we clearly say otherwise.
“Plant pictured” promise.
- When you see “actual plant pictured” in the description, that exact cutting is the one headed your way. Otherwise, photos show a close representative of the variety.
-
Size & stage may vary. Root length, leaf size, and overall length depend on how long the cutting has been growing when your order is packed—and on demand for that particular cultivar. No matter the stage, each cutting is inspected to ensure it’s healthy and ready to thrive.
