• Please make sure your destination phone number is included with your shipping address. We may need it in order to purchase your FedEx label.
• Although this service is called FedEx Priority Overnight, delivery timing depends on destination and FedEx service availability.
• We add insulation and heat packs free of charge when needed.
• For your plant’s safety, we may still hold your order during unsafe weather. If temperatures are too low or too high, we will ship as soon as conditions are safe.

FedEx Priority Overnight is generally the next business day, but actual timing may vary depending on location.
