Hoya chinghungensis (Variegated) is a miniature-leaved variegated form of Hoya chinghungensis, an accepted Hoya species native from southern Yunnan, China, through parts of mainland Southeast Asia.
The foliage is exceptionally petite. Mature leaves of the species are typically only about 1–1.5 cm long, broadly oval to slightly pointed, and closely spaced along slender stems.
In the variegated form, the center of each tiny leaf can develop shades of pale green, yellow, or cream while darker green remains around the margins. The pattern varies naturally from leaf to leaf — some may show only a narrow lighter center, while others can become much more strongly variegated.
Hoya chinghungensis also has an interesting taxonomic history. It was originally described in 1974 as Dischidia chinghungensis and was later transferred to the genus Hoya in 1995. It is currently accepted as Hoya chinghungensis.
In the wild, the species has been documented in dense forests at approximately 1,500–2,000 meters elevation in southern Yunnan and neighboring regions.
Despite its tiny foliage, the flowers are relatively noticeable. Botanical descriptions record small terminal clusters of four or five flowers, with white corollas approximately 1–1.2 cm across.

Size of the cutting
Cuttings are one node by default, unless otherwise stated. Some may have additional nodes/growth points depending on propagation time, but most will be single-node due to high demand on certain varieties. More about the size here.
Preparation Time
Most of the cuttings are pre-rooted. This ensures that the plant material is in optimal condition for transit and subsequent planting.
Appearance
Hoyas are often sold as single-node cuttings. Photos are provided to show the general appearance of the plant's foliage and may not represent the exact cutting you’ll receive. When available, details about cutting length are included in the product description. More on type on the cutting info here.
Note
The photos are provided to show the plant’s foliage more clearly—please note that we’re selling a one-node cutting by default.
