Hoya curtisii (Inner Variegated) is a colorful variegated form of Hoya curtisii, a miniature Hoya species native to Thailand, Peninsular Malaysia, Borneo, and the Philippines.

The leaves are small, thick, and usually oval to slightly pointed. Standard Hoya curtisii already has naturally decorative silver markings, while the Inner Variegated form adds cream, pale yellow, or yellow-green coloration through the center of the leaf, surrounded by darker green margins.

The result can be surprisingly complex for such tiny foliage: individual leaves may show a combination of green, silver, cream, and yellow. Some leaves develop only a narrow pale center, while others can become much more strongly variegated.

Under brighter conditions, Hoya curtisii foliage can also develop bronze, red, or maroon tones, adding even more contrast to the variegated leaves.

Hoya curtisii was formally published by George King and James Sykes Gamble in 1908. Mature plants produce clusters of small, fuzzy flowers in cream, pale yellow, or light green tones with a contrasting white corona.
