Hoya lacunosa 'Moonshine' is a distinctive collector selection of Hoya lacunosa known for its luminous silver-green foliage.

The leaves develop a soft, pale silver to silvery-green surface with subtle darker green markings. Rather than looking heavily splashed, the silver tends to spread across much of the leaf, creating an almost pearlescent or moonlit appearance.

One of the characteristics we especially notice in our plant is the shape and surface of the foliage. The leaves are not completely flat — they tend to curve or cup slightly along the edges and central vein. The surface also has a noticeable natural sheen that catches the light, giving the foliage a softly reflective appearance.

This combination of pale color, slight curling, and shine gives 'Moonshine' a noticeably different look from many flatter or more heavily speckled silver Hoya lacunosa selections.

Like other Hoya lacunosa forms, mature plants produce clusters of small, fuzzy, pale flowers known for their noticeable fragrance.
