Hoya 'Larisa' is a hybrid commonly documented as Hoya finlaysonii × Hoya meredithii. It is also circulated in cultivation under the accession EPC-965.

This hybrid is especially appreciated for its substantial foliage. The broad green leaves develop prominent dark venation and may show irregular pale silver splash. New foliage can emerge bronze to reddish-brown before gradually hardening to green, adding another layer of color to the plant.

Mature plants are reported to produce clusters of small, pale flowers, often described as white with pinkish accents. A light citrus fragrance has also been reported in cultivation.
