Hoya 'Silver Dollar' MB1405-AG is a collector hybrid created by Hoya hybridizer Mike Bernardo and commonly documented as Hoya MB001 × Hoya meliflua.

The plant is best known for its remarkably silver foliage. Thick, substantial leaves can develop an almost complete silver overlay, sometimes with scattered green flecking or small green patches remaining. The amount of green can vary between individual leaves, while the overall silver appearance is one of the defining characteristics of this selection.

Under brighter growing conditions, the silver foliage may also develop soft pink, lavender, or purple tones while retaining its metallic appearance.

Hoya 'Silver Dollar' is reported to be a sibling of Hoya 'Penny's Treat' MB1405-B, originating from the same hybrid seed batch. The two were selected as distinct clones and have noticeably different foliage.

Mature Hoya 'Silver Dollar' is reported to produce pale flowers with a soft pink blush and a contrasting reddish center.
