Shipping Policy

HoyaCuttings.com is a licensed Texas nursery. Live plants are inspected before shipping, and shipments outside Texas require a Phytosanitary Certificate.

Orders placed by Wednesday at 8 PM Central Time are generally processed Friday, Saturday, and following Monday, subject to inspection, documentation, and weather conditions.

Weather & Temperature Damage

Our preferred shipping temperature range is 50°F–90°F. We may delay or cancel shipments when weather conditions are unsafe.

Insulation and heat packs are provided when appropriate at no additional charge. However, these precautions cannot guarantee protection against extreme temperatures.

HoyaCuttings.com does not provide refunds or replacements for plants damaged by cold or heat during transit, including with expedited or overnight shipping.

Shipping Delays & Special Requests

Shipping dates may change due to weather, inspections, holidays, or carrier delays. Customers may request a shipping hold or preferred shipping date by contacting us before shipment.

Please verify your shipping address and monitor tracking information to retrieve your package promptly upon delivery.
