Hoya verticillata 'Silver Heart' is a striking selection of Hoya verticillata known for its exceptionally silver foliage.

The leaves can develop extensive silver coverage, ranging from defined silver markings and mottling to leaves that appear almost completely silver. Some foliage may retain irregular green patches or speckling, creating considerable variation from leaf to leaf.

One of the especially attractive characteristics of 'Silver Heart' is its response to brighter light. The pale silver foliage may develop soft blush, pink, or lavender tones, giving mature plants a beautiful pastel appearance.

This plant may also occasionally be encountered under the older name Hoya acuta 'Silver Heart'. Hoya acuta is currently treated botanically as a synonym of Hoya verticillata var. verticillata.
