Hoya lacunosa 'Grey Ash' is a distinctive collector selection of Hoya lacunosa known for its cool-toned, heavily silvered and ribbed foliage.

The petite leaves develop a beautiful grey-green to silvery appearance with irregular darker green speckling, mottling, and splash. Compared with many brighter green Hoya lacunosa selections, 'Grey Ash' has a noticeably muted, cool-toned look that makes the silver pattern especially prominent.

Our stock of Hoya lacunosa 'Grey Ash' was purchased directly from Ivan of The Bee Hoya in Indonesia approximately three years ago and has been propagated from that plant in our collection.

Hoya lacunosa itself is an accepted species native from southern Myanmar through western and central Malesia and was formally published by Carl Ludwig Blume in 1827.
