When I feel overwhelmed or behind, one of your comments shows up. Or a review. Or a photo of a beautiful Hoya as a POT (Plant of Today) ;) Somehow, it always gives me a second wind. I appreciate it more than you know.
Sadly, so many of us have had to deal with plant losses, and that part never gets easier. But I am grateful that we are here — still growing, still learning, and still finding joy in this weird little plant hobby of ours.
Thank you as well to everyone who placed an order, and especially to those who have been patiently waiting for warmer weather so plants can ship safely. I know waiting for plant mail is not the fun part, so I truly appreciate your patience.
The first spring restock was on fire — in the good way. Our email subscribers came early and emptied the virtual shelves. You all were fast :)
We are now getting ready to ship orders starting this Saturday, as long as the weather is safe at the destination. We are also preparing for the next restock on March 27, which feels extra special since HC’s birthday is March 29.
At the same time, we have been dealing with several frustrating issues with FedEx, from stolen packages to services not being provided as paid for. Because of that, we are seriously considering moving away from FedEx in the future.
On a brighter note, we added Smile.io to our website, so now you can earn rewards while shopping with us. A little extra something for feeding your Hoya habit ;)
