We’ve got some updates for you this week.
Shipping Updates
We have recently introduced a new flat-rate shipping profile to simplify and make costs more affordable. A few new items were mistakenly linked to the old profile, which caused double shipping charges for some orders. Don’t worry — we’re automatically refunding all extra fees. Huge thanks to the customers who let us know so we could fix it fast!
Also, exciting news: we’ve expanded our shipping schedule! Orders now ship on Friday, Saturday, and our usual Monday runs, so your Hoyas can get to you even quicker.
Route Package Protection
After recent Shopify/Route updates, Route Protection was set to “on” by default. At the moment, if you’d like to check out without it, you’ll need to click the small link under the checkout button that says “Checkout without Route Protection.”
This isn’t how we want things to work, and we’ve already contacted the Route team to get it fixed. If you’d like Route removed from an order you’ve placed, just email us at info@hoyacuttings.com with your order number.
New Shop Feature: WishList
We’ve just added a WishList to the website! Now you can save plants you’re eyeing and come back for them later. Perfect for keeping track of your dream Hoyas (and dropping a hint or two to gift-givers).
New in the Shop: Propagation Pins
We’ve added Propagation Pins to help you secure cuttings in place while they root. They’re simple, effective, and come in packs of 10. Check them out here: Plant Pins for Propagation (10 ct).
